AFAIK, he wasn’t ever officially on the ballot, having missed the deadline; write-in candidacy only.

When I google him, he still gets labeled “Candidate For US President”. I get an article about how he raised $2782 for his campaign last month.

ETA: Looked up Sheila Tittle. If she can get on the NM ballot then I don’t see how Kanye didn’t. Her platform seems to be the US Constitution and her bio is:
