This person confuses me: tech enough to work with advance robotics, clever enough to put a horse head mask on it, can’t figure out how to rotate their phone 90 degrees.

Amazing and a bit scary how thoroughly adding a toy mask totally changes our perception of the robot from threatening to benign, even friendly.

Sadly it’s a lost battle. Phone manufacturers also make things hard by forcing the orientation in vertical mode if the user doesn’t disable auto orientation, which to me is beyond stupid.

It’s probably good that Mr. Corleone was not involved in getting the robot to wear a horse head.

I’m told that his interpretation of that is a bit more pointed and less humorous. Also the servos that Boston Dynamics uses are probably too expensive to bleed on.
