FBI says it is investigating more email "pertinent" to Clinton server (Update: Weiner alert)

It’s a great sign that the right-wing projects everything they are currently doing onto the left.

Like Trump, Jill Stein thinks Clinton should be prosecuted over the emails:

Keepin’ it classy, Jill.

I don’t think that is the case. I suspect that he is political, and likely does not want to end up under the bus with everyone else.

Talking out of both sides of the mouth may not work out as intended, as suggesting criminality but being unable to present criminal action will be seen as a sign of weakness to the GOP and an act of aggression by the target of his insinuations/media manipulation.

Also, Abedin’s emails were out of the scope of the warrant they had for Weiner’s laptop, thus illegally obtained…

I have no idea how that works, I would have to research it. There could be precedent to say that a shared computer implies joint ownership of the material therein, or at least the expectation of joint liability, I dunno. Not to say they could use it against her in a court of law without further warrants, but the seizure itself might not be illegal, I mean.

Unfortunately not, but I don’t disagree that it should be.

I saw this this morning which implies that the reason for the fighting is inner-FBI fighting between DC and NY because the New York team investigating the death of Eric Garner was stood down in favor of a DC team. There are implications that the NY office would have leaked* the information to Representative Chaffetz (R-of course) to use politically.

*In my opinion, this may have happened anyway. Chaffetz and Trump were quick to react.

I know that it’s a bit late, and supplementary to this discussion, but consider this post complementary to your puns.
