If you receive them at all. A Romanian-American friend (immigrated from Romania ~10 years ago) has told me of the not altogether… successful… delivery attempts made by any postal/delivery service within Romania… incoming and outgoing. Perhaps he was exaggerating?
Sideways or backwards. I used to do that a lot when wearing flippers.
