Mumy practiced his guitar-playing while on the LIS set, this as the LIS plotlines devolved into embarrassing campiness and the bizarre. Who knew that would lead to Fish Heads?

I actually remember seeing this on the old ABC TV Show “Fridays” around 1980. The early days of music videos were a wild time!

I always wondered where the song for this shred of the month came from. It seemed contextually appropriate; but not exactly something that you’d pull out of the corporate muzak archives.
I first heard Fish Heads in the early 2000s. My dad was a fishmonger and this became his ringtone which I use to this day.
He also loved bringing home fish heads specifically for soup.
