Technically, “We the people…” is the preamble to the constitution, but yes, there are many pronouns in the actual articles and amendments as well.

I wonder… what do these people think that pronouns are? I mean they’re an extremely commonly used part of many languages (including English), which people use constantly, and in fact the person claiming they don’t use pronouns/pronouns aren’t in X are probably using pronouns while telling someone they don’t exist.
So do they just mentally conflate, “people suggesting what pronouns others should use when referring to them” with “the part of speech”?

Tangentially related: at some point maybe a decade or so ago, I recall that the Lutheran liturgy and “official” translation of the Bible were changed to remove any gendering of God or the Holy Spirit. So instead of “God, in His wisdom,” it became “God, in God’s wisdom.” I believe this was done explicitly to not make church or the Bible a continued source of pain for those whose experiences with male authority figures were profoundly negative.
So yeah, Christianity doesn’t have to be as inflexible and shitty as the loudest “Christians” insist it does.

The preamble is part of legal documents and they are cited in deciding the extent and applicability of regs.

In addition to what many others have said in this thread regarding the preamble, since Lavern Spicer is running for a seat in the House of Representatives let us look at the relevant section of the Constitution. Article I, Section 2, paragraph 2:
No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.
No, this is not an artifact of the transcript. The high-resolution image clearly shows that this paragraph uses the relative pronoun who twice and the singular, masculine, third-person pronoun he once.
If we wanted to be assholes, we could challenge Lavern Spicer to prove that the pronoun he (as used in that paragraph) applies to Lavern Spicer.
