whistleblower 2. /ˈlaɪ.ɚ/ - Person who is flat out misrepresenting the truth about what they saw on the inside of an institution
One of the things the guy goes on about is something recovered from Mussolini’s Italy.
Occam’s razor: like a Nazi airplane.
I am happy to ignore shit like this, particularly after the great rumpus over a couple video clips of sensor artifacts being passed around with names like “gimbal.mpeg” and reported as unexplainable (gimbal being a part of the optics system known to produce these artifacts).
However, the institutional cred of these particular jackasses seems… extensive. Which is a story in it’s own right, even if the story is “our most secretive institutions are full of fucknuts.”
ya’ll a bunch of fuddy-duddies lol
Haw haw.

Several government agencies also lent credence to the idea that covid19 escaped from a lab in Wuhan, with absolutely zero evidence - except for the fact that there is a lab in Wuhan (as there are in many other cities in China). Now they did admit that it was a “low confidence” assessment.
IMO keeping these secrets for 40+ years is simply not credible. There is some sort of grift involved I am willing to bet.
But why would there be a virology lab in the very place that zoonotic viruses come from, unless it was the real source? Isn’t that coincidence proof enough, or at least worth investigating again and again and again until you get the answer you suspected?
Maybe the Kids in the Hall reruns don’t reach their planet?
Or you know, playing the odds that every other time has been fake, so this one is too.
Real evidence would be awesome. Nobody’s presented any.
Party poopers that’s what I’m saying.
Parties that happen to lead to antivax, flat earth, election denial and more. So yeah, pooping away
My God, it’s full of unique atomic structures.
Not all of us need to drink this stuff to have a good time.
But can it REALLY get weirder than Portland’s flaming unicycling bagpiping Darth Vader?
I’m reading that book just now
gillian anderson did future fantastic… some years ago…
and she dug her heels in…
Most didn’t, though… and it was the media which took a nothingburger of a story (ONE agency giving a LOW probability to the lab leak story) and acted like ti mattered.
That’s what they said AT THE TIME… Nothing changed, other than that the media got a hold of it… Oh, and that was the Department of energy, I believe who said that… so, not known for their work in public health…
Like what? Could be that the guy believes it. Could be a grift, sure, but you’re saying that with zero evidence, so…
mike flynn comes to mind immediately.
