It’s only a disclaimer to protect themselves from the lawsuit made by Dominion. It shut Newsmax up effectively. It’s so sad us “We the people” don’t have that power.
It also serves a double purpose to rile up the base: “of COURSE the companies would deny it.”

I haven’t been there since the inauguration, but I noticed that the local Post Office never had You Know Who’s photo on the wall.
Apparently, no one else noticed, & there are lots of his voters running around over there. You would think that at least one of 'em would have noticed that their Lord & Savior’s image wasn’t there.
Indeed, that’s my point. They get both sides of it–a way of skirting the lawsuit while keeping the base happy.
