Pretty sure his therapist would call that deflecting
Oh wait, I’m positive he doesn’t have a therapist
Your poll seems to be missing “Of course it will , Uhuh.”
There’s one big problem with Tesla’s plan to open its exclusive Supercharger network: The cords aren’t long enough for other EVs
I believe I said it would be a scam. The government should not pay him for access to the network.
I think it’s more:

Yes, but now I want to vote both options.
Your wish is my command. Fixed.
Wonder if he said it at the conference instead of the call because it just came to him them, or because the SEC would be on him hard if he said something like that even despite the disclaimers.
- A new photo of Tesla’s Cybertruck revealed more about its unique windshield wiper.
- The photo showed that the wiper left a partially dirty windshield.
“There is no easy solution to this problem no other automotive company has to deal with because I invented the problem for no good reason.”
Look, Elon. Lots of car companies come up with flashy but impractical designs to generate hype and try out bold new design ideas. But those are called “concept cars” and they’re usually limited to auto shows because eventually the novelty wears off and most drivers want a vehicle that actually functions in a real-world setting.
That did come up once before in an Electrek article linked in December.
Since then, Robert Dunn put out a video on CCS charging (in North America). I thought I found it through Boing Boing, but it’s not coming up in searches, so I’ll link it below. The Electrek article seemed to favor Electrify America for having longer cables, but I noticed Dunn’s demonstration at their chargers still involved being well into a second parking spot. Although, that might have been for the benefit of framing those shots.
Dunn starts the video by saying that Tesla’s Supercharger network, “makes sense and doesn’t need this sort of video,” but it seems to me that most of his tips are still relevant. The PlugShare checkins for the Effingham, IL stations he mentioned show they sometimes didn’t work, and the PlugShare filter linked in the Business Insider article shows CCS charging at Supercharger stations is currently limited to New York and California.
Vacuum operated like in my old Fordson 10cwt truck.
The old Ford Bronco had those. My friend used to amuse kids by sticking a cigarette to the tube and telling them that the car smoked.
Option 3: it’s already on fire
