Newsweek has 3 or 4 editorials up on representation of Jewish characters in Oppenheimer. Hereās one of the counter-arguments:

Iām fairly certain that some studios knew of (or even suggested) those changes, thereby providing a way in.
They definitely changed their names and had to hide their ethnicity.
I do think itās a nuanced issue. Not everyone has been effected in the same ways.
