I’m very very good at recognizing people in photos. It looks like him to me. The quality of the print – a picture of a newspaper clipping --makes it hard to tell. My confidence in my assessment is low because of the image quality. But surely someone can put this through facial recognition software? Eyes to nose to chin and jaw ratio is usually pretty accurate.

I still say the funniest part of all this is the name. Literally, the dragon lady, from the Dragonlance saga. Extra points if you know she’s the bad guy.
