I think in the case of a tie they should be sewn together and renamed CLINTRUMP, always in caps, as a punishment to Americans.
Anytime they are introduced, the person announcing them shall shout “THE CLINTRUMP ENTERS, IS THIS IT!? IS THIS WHAT YOU WANTED?!” if it is a formal occassion.

A few days ago people picked fights with Nate Silver because he was so irresponsibly alarmist as to deny Clinton a 98%+ chance. But “less wrong than most” is a thankless title.

PA has to split by 0.5% or less to trigger an automatic recount. But it does not look good.
ETA: One thing’s certain. Regardless of who loses, people will be scraping those third-party bumper stickers off their PA plates like there’s no tomorrow.
