I have no idea. This all so bears looking into. In the meantime, I’ll bet Pharma-controlled congresspeople are now awaiting urgent calls from their lobbyists. For such people (especially the GOP), it’s takes the laziest, most idiotic of excuses (if one deigns to even offer one) to override what’s now legal.
