Based on the little bit I’ve read in the past, sea turtles can use all the help they can get, so I’ll chalk this (not the cold weather that led to it) up in the “good news” column.

Keep in mind, Texans with no heat, no water, and dwindling gasoline supplies at gas stations are driving hundreds and hundreds of stunned turtles into ad-hoc “rescue centers” (like a convention center, and it looks like they’ll need to add even more capacity ASAP, like a third location).

Thanks to all who work in service of saving wildlife from extinction.
