Happy Ester day!
Carter… still with us and rearing to vote.
Our household is inhabited by election fiends. We’ve done mail-in since it first became available – dotting every “i”, and crossing every “t” – and we’ve always dropped them off inside the post office… not in some mailbox outside. Way too effing important!
Ours go in our front door’s mail slot, so our letter carrier can grab 'em
Fine-send that money to the schools.
I hear Uvalde is hiring.
Goodyear officials stressed that the circumstances don’t pose any new or additional risk to the community.
Then why do you bother with them in the first place?
Brazilian physician, bacteriologist and epidemiologist Oswaldo Cruz was born #OTD in 1872.
He was the founder of the Oswaldo Cruz Institute. He led a successful campaign to eradicate yellow fever from Rio de Janeiro by focusing on mosquito control, which involved sanitation efforts, public education, & the use of fumigation techniques. He implemented measures to control the spread of the bubonic plague in Santos, including rat control & quarantine procedures.
Now there’s a damned hero!
I’ll get me caulking gun!
Lucky, lucky dog…
