Is it just me, or is the final ruling a tough one to parse? The final section 201.40 with the cumulative exemptions seems … a bit convoluted.

So if retail food preparation equipment is now exempted from the DMCA 1201, we have a loophole. Just set up the PTO on your John Deere tractor to run a commercial bread kneading machine for a week before you hit the fields for the spring and poof β†’ your right to repair is secured. :grin:

Well it would have to be in a retail setting, not a commercial or industrial one. Meaning you would have to open a pop-up shop to sell your tractor kneaded bread dough to the general public.
