Oh how the mighty have fallen…doesn’t seem like much of a drop for republicans. They’ve been bottom feeders for a long time anyway. We’ll set off Chinese fireworks and putin will use our former constitution to wipe the trump off himself when he leaves.

That jacket was a microcosm of the entire problem with coverage of the Trump crime family. Blatant statements of bigotry, apathy, avarice and vainglory have been spewing out of Il Douche and company since before he started campaigning and all the media could do was ask if there was some hidden message. So Melania literally plasters the truth across her back and still it’s what’s the hidden message? Her spokesbozo tells the press there’s no hidden message, it’s just a jacket. And the first half was not only true, but plain to see to anyone with two grey cells to rub together.
I have two hypotheses. One, the media is fundamentally incapable of processing politicians that don’t bother with dog whistles and other coded messages. Or two, the media is afraid to implicitly acknowledge that it gave these assholes a nonstop platform from which to broadcast their flagrant racism.
