Basicall is a warning to don’t make the option, ecxept if one could make a fast swap frame that permits to switch from street-legal and pimped rear light.
I call it craplectro, maybe today’s rebirth of muzak? It appears to be popular in Russian lifehack videos (where you learn how to build useless shit out of cut up coke bottles, wire and hot glue), or those „satisfying“ videos, i.e. stuff that most people watch in hi speed, or with no sound, or sound turned off. It‘s probably royalty-free, because nobody’s going to pay money for it anyway.
