I usually just use this one weird trick…
If I had the money I’d hire a team to build an electric sousaphone.
Then I’d send the electric sousaphone to Big Clive and wait for the video.
Whenever I see my fellow Happy Mutants doin’ their bizarre and Wonderful Thing, I can’t help thinking, “Life is grand and glorious.”
Lazy Man potato pie with spinach and confit onions.
Next time less potatoes and cheese, more onions and spinach. Maybe I should have used the oven, not the Airfryer.
What kind of monster thinks less cheese will solve anything?
I don’t know, some things really could stand to have less cheese. My home for example. I might go take care of that.
One who’s lactose intolerant.
Hasn’t stopped me….thank the gods scientists for lactase pills!
I had a Very Bad Monday after having too much dairy Sunday. You can imagine my response when my BF suggested we get pizza for dinner Monday night, but then I remembered the joint he suggested has vegan and gluten-free options!
We ordered a square BLT pizza - fresh fancy spring mixed greens and halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, crumbled bacon (a veg alternative is available), garlic oil, and an absolutely yummious herby mayo drizzle. He asked for the lactose-free cheese.
It was amazing! It was at least as great as the reg mozzarella one. Neither of us had any complaints, taste-wise nor um, otherwise, and I think I may ask that we get the lactose-free cheese from now on.
And less potatoes?? If anything use less of the other stuff
I’ve made some homemade vegan “pizzas” before with vegan cheese and veggies on top of some pitas (and sauce of course). It’s quite tasty but yes, its great when i see a pizza place that offers it as one of the toppings.
Coffee is good for you?
Thank you science!
Science could tell me that coffee is bad for me and i would look them in the eye while drinking my coffee as they give me the news.
Savory pie:
Sweet potato bottom crust, stuffing top, with baby potatoes slices on top, chicken veggies, mushrooms inside.
Vegan night: Rice, chard salad with chili and chickpea salad with eggplant, roasted peppers and garlic. All salads are well seasoned, spicy and delicious.
Oh, the problem was the size of my airfryer. It is small and the cake pan was even smaller. I had too much potato and and the amount of confit onion and spinach was insufficient. I need one of those cake or tart pans with a removable bottom.
The parmesan cheese au gratin was delicious, but it formed a crust little hard. I don’t know if I had mixed it with a little béchamel sauce it would have been juicier.
