There is also http://www.going-bananas.com/, which is also in FL, and also sells heirloom and rare banana varietals though there you are buying the plants themselves rather than the fruit :slight_smile:

There was farm growing them in Ontario, but they seem to have closed, or at least given up on the tropical fruits.

I gotta say, the heirloom bananas that were served as part of my wild pacific halibut dish were delicious—they tasted like berries and had very little trace of what we think of as a typical banana flavor

Botanically, bananas are berries! And many popular berries are not botanically berries!
