No, not both. That’s the student’s point – one is absolutely no one else’s business, or at least it’s not so long as everyone involved is a willing, consenting participant. The key question here should be “did she do her job well” and not "with whom did she have (legal and consensual) sex.
Like this? This should be an automatic disqualification from the position.

While the board members might or might not have heeded this student’s wise advice, they did deliver the optimal outcome: this hatemongering hypocrite will no longer poison the Sarasota school district’s policy from an official position.

Not necessarily true. The vote is non-binding, and I have not heard that she has actually resigned. This is basically a “we don’t like you and think you should leave” sort of statement. No legal power behind it at all. But I guess it’s the best they could do. And it did give this young man a platform, which he used marvelously well.

Thanks for clarifying. It will still be more difficult to push her toxic agenda as no-one on the board is inclined to co-operate with her anymore.
Unfortunately, she’s already caused an enormous amount of harm to both the student population of Sarasota and by co-founding the Hitler-admiring organisation that’s opposed to liberty and isn’t all moms. That damage will be hard to undo.
