He may certainly do that. And its fascinating that he hasn’t hit upon this phrasing (yet).
Best one can intuit, Trump is concentrating on subsuming the “Big Lie” phrase to mean what he says it means, the same way, through repetition and saturation, he asserted ownership and manipulated the meaning of “fake news.”

I think their current tactic is to distract from their leaders lies by making up lies of their own like Ted’s claim that Democrats want to put non-citizens on the voter rolls.

He was using the same lie in 2016 & blaming his enemies as usual.
They aren’t ‘trapped’. They chose to be there in the first place & choose to remain in the thrall of HWSNBN.
The only thing they want to put behind them are investigations into their own activities.

It fits with how pretty much all their accusations are confessions these days. The big lie is a classic term from Hitler and as we all know it’s important to understand the real Nazis are the Democrats and especially antifa, as per the große Lüge strategy that the Republicans are now devoted to.

Immediately when people started using the phrase “the big lie” I wished they wouldn’t. It seemed destined to be a repeat of “fake news”. But I guess without twitter and the rallies Trump really hasn’t had an opportunity to refine the material.
Still, it just seems like if someone says, “That’s the Big Lie” then the response can be to argue about the definition of “Big Lie” instead of being asked to simply answer whether Biden won the election and whether it was fair. I wish instead people would just say what they mean in simple words.
