Spoke to my ex in Tex this morning; he’s still safe and dry, thankfully.
But he told me this hurricane is the worst thing he’s ever seen… and that’s coming from a seasoned US Vet, who’s travelled all over the world.

I’m not tuned into that world, but I betcha ANYTHING there are sizeable groups of people wondering when Jesus is going to show up in a ray of sunshine, descending from the clouds to part the waters.
It’ll be 50 officially before it’s done. Some parts unofficially have had more than 50. My estimate for our area was 20 to 25, before the storm started, but we have long since passed that mark. We are well past 30 now.
