All true, although they’d obviously prefer that criticism and discussion occur within the confines of academia. Musk’s sin here for them is exposing it again to the general public.

Here comes the hypocrisy…

Gerber seems pretty consistent in his concern for the damage to the brand (and hence his investment in Tesla) and not at all about what Musk was actually saying.
