Illinois woman arrested after traveling on fake Covid vaccination card claiming she took the "Maderna" jab

No reason to buy foreign made forgeries when you can get tried and true American made ones:

These undocumented American bioterrorists need to be charged accordingly.

Unfortunately she was busted upon exit, not entry. So whatever viral load she may have carried has already spread around the island. I hope they throw the book at her.

It’s always the people you least suspect.

Me too. Got mine at my local Rite Aid, at their small in-store clinic. Both of my appointments were on the same day of the week, at the same time (one month apart), so the same pharmacist was on-duty and gave me both shots. It’s not that weird, and not necessarily disqualifying.

There’s a variant out there alright that begins with the “m” sound, yes, but…

… if we are already up to μ …

… we are gonna run outta letters soon.

They’ll have to switch to names, and then the news is gonna get really confusing.

“Breaking: Irene is rampaging across Florida, death toll rising…”

Great. They can name them after dead anti-vaxxers.

I hope the judge sentences her to 160 hours of community service at her local hospital’s ICU/COVID ward.

Hawaii, Austria, Bali, etc. It’s never someplace like Skokie, Illinois.

Huh. My vaccine card wasn’t signed by anyone - they just gave me a card with the lot numbers and everything and told me to fill it out myself when I got vaxx’d at a nearby large-scale site. I still keep the lot number cards around in a plastic holder with the vaccine record card, but I hope that doesn’t turn into an issue moving forward.

She’s not vaccinated… how would that be helpful?

I just looked at my card and I could see someone thinking it was fake. Moderna is correctly spelled, but the handwriting for that and the lot number for both doses was clearly made by the same person, while the handwriting for the dates and clinic site are clearly different between the two doses. Actually…no, looking closer at it, Moderna is in the same hand, which is the same for the lot# of the first dose, and everything else is different. Weird. There is handwriting of at least four different people on my card.

Mine were by the same pharmacist, so the odds are very good?
