I imagine it would go something like this:

He invites you to dine at one of his hotels, says “it’s on the house.” He talks entirely about himself and how lucky you are to be on a date with him. Afterwards he invites you up to his penthouse suite for drinks. You decline and he says “well, you’re a nasty, ugly slut anyway.”
A month later you receive a bill for the entire meal and the cost of the penthouse suite, including room service.
