The common practice when writing acronyms is not to put a period after each letter — see NASA, the UN, etc.

May I ask if you are from India? Possibly the convention is different there.

I sure hope this agency works better than my internet/cable provider. A job like this would most likely require 14 on-site visits, followed by public social media shaming, followed by one actual qualified tech flipping the right switch.
