Oh the thing that’s already, really happening?
Why be concerned about that or acknowledge all the things being done to fight it?
It’s much more productive to speculate about long shots and lament that an ill defined “they” have done and will do nothing.
Which is why we should be a little more critical of a take that assumes the election won’t matter in the end.
