That would fit a pattern - see Trump’s 180 on Musk after he promised to siphon millions into a pro-Trump PAC.

A respected as well as loved teacher and coach also means having experience being in authority, and being comfortable in using it when needed.
If any VP debate happens, I have no doubt Walz will come off better to almost all impartial voters. And even quite a few GOP leaning ones.
