Jury acquits delivery driver who shot YouTube "prankster" harassing him in mall

Guy doesn’t deserve to die but punch(es) to the face. Those assholes should not be able to make a living being asshole. Dude is on borrowed time if he keeps doing this. FAFO.

Yep. Imagine if the delivery driver had said, “I didn’t shoot you, I’m just pranking you with a bullet to the chest!”

Actually, this acquittal will mightily strengthen the hand of the shooter here to go ahead with a civil suit against the bullying asshole. And he should try to impoverish Cook. Cook makes money off harassing people, so he should be forced to share the profits with his victims.

pranking people in public for yuks is pretty much the lowest form of entertainment. watching an asshole get his comeuppance (regardless of the life-threatening nature thereof) is among the highest.

In my experience, if something is a prank or bullying, depends entirely on what side of the interaction you are on.

Most “pranksters” are garbage wrapped in skin on a good day and don’t care about the consequences of what they do.
