Not allowed to buy or sell, not allowed to grow, but allowed to possess. “For medical use only.” Uh huh. Still, baby steps I guess.

I live in Louisville KY. IF I can get a medical exemption then I only have to drive 2 hours one-way to the nearest state that has legal medical marijuana. This does as close to nothing as possible to change things here.

Any step is better than no step.
And by doing this, and then as the elected people, regardless of party, see the popularity, they will look to codify it to preserve their own position. Yes, that’s not going to be unanimous, but what is?

Yeah. Not sure how that actually helps with “people were leaving and not returning” though.
