I wonder whether corporate entities can also be sued (they are people, after allβ¦)? For instance, if a woman flew from Texas to Boston and terminated her pregnancy in Massachusetts, could the airline be sued for facilitating the procedure? Themβs deep pockets there. Guessing the misogynists in Texas wouldnβt be averse to a big payday to help bankroll their abusive dystopia.
