That was the last one I watched, and now Iβm done.
I felt like I deserved some levity, after sitting through three eps back-to-back of βvillain wins; everyone dies.β

Not sure where best to ask this, so Iβll start here:
Anyone know of any kind of compendium cataloguing the policies that certain older members of the house and senate benefitted from, but which theyβve since voted to deny the younger generations? Iβm thinking of that meme about how McConnell got polio and survived due to the public healthcare available at the time. But adding how heβs since gutted public healthcare and equitable taxation. Writ large.
Kind of like a set of talking points for progressives to draw from to illustrate how, βthey got theirs, and now they donβt want to pay it forward.β
If it doesnβt already exist (which, it must, right?) that might be a good project for my upcoming hiatus.
Some very brave women in the United States House of Representatives came forward today to share personal accounts of the times they had to seek abortions.
The most heartbreaking part is knowing that GOP assholes across the country are about to rip these women to shreds, slander them as murderous sluts and rile up their followers to target these women with harassment and death threats. And theyβre coming forward anyway, because they donβt feel they can stay silent. Hats off.
God forbid the kids have to do school shooter drills in the states and have to watch adults throw hissy fits at school because a kid had to wear a mask to stave off a deadly disease but now theyβre considered being spoiled by these assholes for not starving
Falcon and the Winter Soldier kind of left me cold, but I think that has a whole lot to do with the reworking to eliminate the viral plague plotline, which was the central plot, but too close to real world events. What If⦠I have actually really enjoyed. Did not expect to, pleasantly surprised.
Different folks, different strokes; I liked FATWS, because it addressed systemic racism (even briefly.)
Plus Sebastian Stan is yummyβ¦
It looks like theyβre having some fun with the character. Iβm in!
Alex Jones just lost a couple of lawsuits filed by parents of children slaughtered in the Sandy Hook massacre. Hope they get every last penny he owns and he ends up spending the rest of his miserable existence surviving off rancid buckets of survival rations stored away in his underground bunker.
Looks like a solid primary opponent to Ted Cruz. Certainly brings a more comprehensive policy platform than the average GOPer.
gladly. But I still canβt believe that it doesnβt exist already. What are all those democratic aides and interns doing?!?
(I jest, I know thereβs plenty to keep them busy, but also, cβmon Dems!)
Not quickly enough, it would seem.
OT, but Iβm going to remember your way of indicating which state is being referenced. Much more pleasant.
Again;
HOW is he still alive???
Proof that there is an afterlife, and no one wants the asshole around?
Clean living, colloidal silver, and pure uncut spite.
