Well yeah… cause it IS pseudoscience!!! 
But it strikes me that the most effective way to counter this bullshit is to point out that there are 8 billion people alive right now. We are not in any sort of population decline at all. Of course, their real concern is about white people, but these are made up categories that make no sense in reality.
