Late Stage GOP Fascists Events πŸ–•πŸΎπŸŠπŸ€‘ (Part 3)

Well now I’m just confused because coming from her it’s not clear whether that was meant as an insult or a compliment.

Of the 19 people arrested, 12 were registered as Democrats and at least 13 are Black, the Herald/Times found.

So does that rule out much of Hans Christian Andersen and the Brothers Grimm?

it rules out everything. β€œstraight” is a sexual orientation.

Beyond the (probably unintended but I don’t want to make assumption) side effect of banning all discussion of gender, it straight up outlaws The Marvellous Land of Oz and all derivative works.

-How much did they say they paid for it?

-They wouldn’t tell me, they just got quiet and said they’d have to check their receipt.

I thought they were joking and laughed before I realized they were serious. I told them it wasn’t actual money and they argued it was and that it was from Trump himself. My supervisor came over and tried to tell them the same but they said you could tell it was real gold and it’s from the US treasury and that Bank of America would cash it for them. I told them it was a scam and asked if they paid for it, they said yes but got really quiet when I asked how much before they took it and left.

Edit: Since people are asking, once I involved my supervisor he took over the more serious parts of this. (I.e reporting it, notifying higher ups, etc) I am a relatively new teller so I let him take over what needed to be done.

-What state was this in?

(biting my tongue so I can yell "I KNEW IT! later)

-Not gonna get too specific but a rural part of a red state where a certain athlete is running for a senate seat

Not to nitpick an otherwise fine post, but that state is demonstratably purple…

Georgia as a state still has hope; people who are that incredibly gullible, though?

Not so much.

I’ve actually seen an email where they sell these things. If you read any of the emails from the campaign, they are specifically addressed to the person by name and written in 1st person as if Trump handpicked that person and sent them a personal email. The text is full of narcissistic guilt tripping.

I saw one and it said, β€œI was having breakfast with Don jr and I asked if the Jones’s had donated anything this month and was shocked when he said no. I wouldn’t usually ask, but the country is in trouble and we have to save our democracy. We can’t do it without you.”

These people are so sucked in, they think he’s really sending them personal messages.

This sounds about right

Ugly vote suppression by DeStankis. Also ugly of CNN not to cover it as such.

Bden should send the National Guard or something down there. Surely DeStankis is doing some illegal, racist, hate-crime voter-suppression shit.

β€œTampa police carrying out the first arrests of Gov. Ron DeSantis’ new election security force were surprised and almost sympathetic”

don’t mind us, we’re just following orders. also, we applied for the election security force job ( specifically ), interviewed ( presumably ), and knew exactly what we were being asked to do. but, we are real sorry.

i wonder if we’ll get bonuses this year?

That would depend on the election β€œresults”.
