As if Mike Johnson’s family stuff wasn’t weird enough already — remember the father-son porn monitoring pact? — it has come to light that the GOP House speaker also once attended a “purity ball” with his then-13-year-old daughter. “Purity balls” are deeply perverse and creepy affairs in which fathers proclaim ownership over their daughter’s sexuality until their marriage, all the while objectifying everyone else’s daughters in wedding gown-style dresses.

“I can’t imagine that they wouldn’t be able to do it with [a dinosaur],” he said. “We know that animal husbandry goes back thousands of years. Why not? If people found out that there was a dinosaur that they were able to feed and domesticate, why not expect that they used that knowledge to better their standard of living?”
The cassowary would disprove that theory. I mean the dinos were basically big feathered birds but with claws and teeth. Having the closest modern equivalent being unable to be trained for warfare, hunting or being raised as food (because, well their meat is nasty tasting) so what makes them think they can do that with something that is much larger.
