i believe that one is - sadly - real.
it was, after all, in florida. Assholes on Parade in Boats is rather a trademark in the waters here. just another reason you will never find me at the Islamorada sandbar - all those ■■■■■ flags and very drunk boaters partying, anchored in the shallow water on either side of the channel, and rafted up to a hundred other boats - not my scene!
