That’s true, you can remove/replace parts to be within the law. She is clearly talking about/encouraging people to not be in compliance.

Though, TBF, turning in or destruction of the firearm are two of the remedies by the ATF.

Page 93 of the 98 page ruling:

  1. Turn the firearm into your local
    ATF office.
  2. Destroy the firearm. ATF will
    publish information regarding proper
    destruction on its website, www.atf.gov.
