Oh hey, @KathyPartdeux - have a bright green cake day. 
(That’s prinsessakakku or “princess cake”, a classic Swedish cake also popular in Finland. It’s sponge cake layered with pastry cream, and these days usually with raspberries and/or raspberry jam, too. The green “shell” is marzipan.)
