Oh gods, I had forgotten about that one. I had blocked it out of my mind, it’s so fucking insane. We’ve got a Satanic conspiracy theory involving Podesta and Hillary, believed by half of Trump supporters, while Bannon straight-out says stuff like this. Words fail.
Their side had a temporary setback.
They now hold the Presidency, legislature and judiciary.
I see that Bannon’s plans for reinvigorating the American economy include building " iron works".
Wimpy!
The Trumpsters will demonstrate how it REALLY should be done…
That makes me wonder about the general “alt-right” opinion of the Indiana Jones movies, in which the villains are literally Nazis. I’d look it up, but it’s too early in the day for self harm.
When I went to Europe, and visited the many churches with tombs in them, I saw so many versions of the skull and crossbones I began to take pics of everything I saw. I need to collect them some time.
I also did this with lions and made a nice photo book from them.
made a disparaging remark about the Prophet Muhammad.
Gosharootie, I’ve done that too!! A number of times, although not by defacing public property.
Am I a domestic terrorist, a hate criminal, or both?
an irritant?
Yeah, but it’s the good shill.
Oh, no surprise necessary, they are.

Your average everyday bigot.
I’m sure if they did a new movie with any sort of multi-ethniic, multi-gendered cast, they’d have a fit about that, too.
As compared to those who make disparaging remarks about Jesus, Moses, or L. Ron, I suppose.
Hey, whatever makes you proud.
But again, if you’re not applying the symbols of white supremacy and racial genocide, why conflate yourself with those who do?
The difference at least with L Ron is that he was a man that persons today can factually describe knowing and interacting with.
And this type of thinking leads to this type of action.
I feel like one of the only Star Wars nerds who isn’t anticipating it, just 'cause I don’t think it looks all that good, and I’m not a particular fan of any of the main actors. My grandpa wants to see it, though, and he doesn’t like going to the movies alone, so I’ll go with him.
No True Scotsman. Goalpost moving.
I’m not particularly anticipating it, either, but that’s mainly because I’m an EU nerd, and I already have a story about how the Death Star plans were stolen.
That said, I don’t find this a compelling reason to not see it. It’s kind of a Star Wars tradition, at this point, to cast lesser-known actors in newly created roles. I wasn’t a fan of Natalie Portman before the movies-which-I-don’t-admit-exist came out, but I am now (more thanks to V for Vendetta than Start Wars).
Of course he wants to separate himself from his party of choice, while still allowing them to work unobstructed. They’re different, because of reasons.
