I can imagine a scenario in which ICE has been executing bus loads of deportees, and Mexico didn’t notice because they weren’t told to expect said bus loads of deportees.
It’s unlikely though. Surely the families of the missing would have complained, and the US Press would have reported on it. Right?
There are probably at least a few people in ICE who are just kicking themselves for not murdering more immigrants while Trump was in office and could and would pardon them.
