What was I thinking… it’s freedom, right?

They can have these two words: fuck squeeze bottles. Okay that’s three words.

Hellmann’s is also the most popular mustard in the US, as long as you include it’s identical twin Best Foods.

No mustard. :frowning:

It’s usually oil, eggs, vinegar, lemon, and tons of preservatives. No mustard.

Unilever’s uniformity strikes again.

Heinz also tried to make one formula that suited different tastes, IIRC - there was a video about how every country in Europe has a different mayo recipe (and what the differences were) but Heinz wanted to make one product for the whole of Europe - and how they (allegedly) succeeded.

I can’t find the video now and I suppose it might not have been Heinz if my memory is faulty. Pretty sure it was them. Almost as sure about having been sent to the video by a boinger comment in a thread after another mayo-themed post.

(After today, I suspect a ‘see how this shipping container was turned into a mayo factory (using OXO kitchen utensils), but they put mustard in it’ would be excellent BB clickbait. Surely there’s a video of something like that? If not, we must make it!)

That’s 59 seconds that I’ll never get back.

and youtube! <3

I’m thinking the one on the left is the range in kms left in the gas tank. It’s saying “Put something in the tank in xxxxx km”.

And the orange one in the lower right is the “low fuel warning”.

Likely close to out of gas, and the range display is not shown to prevent you from trying to make it to your destination without adding gas. My Jeep Cherokee does this, too.

In Heinz sight, I relish you’re opinion.

Agreed, amatuer technique here. But don’t get too far away, lest the inevitable mustard fart spray out and stain your fine linens. No more than an inch.

Also, shake your mustard well before proceeding to squeeze. Few things worse than mustard water. And clean off the crusty mustard booger.

I like mustard. From the cheap dollar-store mystry brand to the finest German stuff. It’s all good. No need for mustard hate.

Can you recommend another example of a great mustard? Amazon.ca doesn’t have this.

“My god, that’s Moose Turd Pie! Good, though.”

According to Kenji, the mustard acts as a pro-emulsification agent. My take: as such, any legit from-scratch recipe should include it.
