How about inviting them to “Quarantine Island,” a new Survivor-esque reality tv show. Camera people in hazmat suits can film the protestors’ moronic utterances and hijinks until they start coughing and gasping for air. They’ll be offered the chance to apologize before being airlifted to a ventilator, if any are available! Freedumb!

Nah, there’s not actually that many of then.
Think more like “the troubles”. Only none of them seem to understand opsec or tactics so I think they’d be quickly rooted out.
That protester needs to be nice to nurses. With her misplaced racist rage and a worldview of scarcity and fear, she may need that nurse sooner than she thinks.
I read “should not get treatment” and got pretty angry, but “last to receive treatment” seems kind of fair.
