Yeah, when I saw the video I immediately thought of that, and how much cooler it would be if he could add some kind of sparkler device to the top of the pole. (Obviously that wouldn’t really make any logical sense but this vehicle isn’t meant to make sense.)

Some guy had one my neighbourhood a few years back. No idea what the running gear was, but the thing was tiny, so I’m guessing hacked up Reliant Robin, or maybe an OG Fiat 500, but it could have been scratch built
