Not exactly a big surprise given that she treats all her closest political allies worse than most people treat their enemies.

Oh dear. She doesn’t even know how “not responding” works, bless her little heart.

Again I look forward to the day that I never have to hear this vile woman’s name again.

In their insatiable quest for power, fascists often ignore this cardinal rule of politics: you gotta have friends. If no-one is willing to work with you, you’re done.

I wish she would… maybe in the upcoming redistricting, they’ll figure out a way to sacrifice her seat… The lower part of her district reaches into Cobb, which is much more diverse than it used to be.

Of course, she’s trying to appeal to the only authority that matters – the Angry Orange Incest Yam himself. If he gets back into the White House, names her Veep – or at least Chief Executioner – she can make everyone who didn’t kiss her feet suffer the consequences…

It’s almost adorable that she thinks her slavish loyalty is going to be repaid in some way.

In Trump’s eyes, the fact that she’s so universally reviled makes her a loser, not a potential running mate. It’s not enough for someone to be a supplicant, they have to be a supplicant who brings him some immediate and tangible benefit. Not that he’d seriously consider appointing a woman as his second-in-command in any event.

Really not sure why anyone would want to be his VP. He’s going to fire them as soon as he doesn’t get his Taco Bell delivered fast enough. He’s gonna burn through 20 veeps in his first year.

A President does not have the Constitutional authority to fire a Vice President. Legally speaking, the most a POTUS can do is ask a VP to resign voluntarily or ask Congress for the VP’s impeachment and removal.

Maybe that’s why Trump prefers the “send in a lynch mob” approach.

Trump: (does wildly illegal thing)
Normal people: “He’s not allowed to do that!”
Supreme Court: (takes bribes) Ehh, we’ll allow it."

Maybe she’s going for the role of Trump’s Dolores Umbridge?

She’s learned all too late that political triangulation requires a scalpel rather than a hammer. She alienated herself from the Ultra MAGA wing by buddying up to McCarthy, but of course, she’s also alienated herself from the so-called Reasonable Republican™ wing by buddying up to the Ultra MAGA wing. She doesn’t actually do anything (and, indeed, actively hinders things), no one trusts her, and her need to out-viral everyone allows Democrats to paint her as the ludicrous face of the Republican Party.
