Some in the Republican party know full well the dark turn this “eradication” could take in a second Trump term, and they’re perfectly okay with it.
Others in the party have perhaps not thought it through, but will likely fall in line should the worst come to pass.
I’m disgusted that tens of millions fervently support a candidate who has told them repeatedly that he’s an anti-small “d”-democratic authoritarian who will do as he pleases, regardless of precedent, the law, or the Constitution. And they believe this is okay, because they don’t believe he’ll come for them.
