No, he doesn’t at any time seem to be aware that he’s being recorded. Its not immediately obvious in this gif, but he’s running perpendicular to the camerman here. (he comes in from the left side of the screen and off the right side without looking at the cameraman at all)
In the interview with the camera man, the camera man says he didn’t notice/bother him because he was white.
saw that too. Its especially clear later in the video, when the officer looks past the camerman (who’s standing) twice to tell people to sit back down.
