As much as I loath The Donald; if he can figure out how to get the American military apparatus to coerce a wall out of the Mexican government without spending more on the military adventure than it would have cost to just buy the wall, I’d be honor-bound to regard him as a genuinely impressive statesman; because that’d be the biggest shake-up in the military cost structure in I don’t even know how long.

There are plenty in Texas who want the Republic of Texas to take back Texas.
The thing is, this would result in two countries having unstable countries on their borders rather than one as at present.
In fact, the children lured away by the Pied Piper resurfaced in Transylvania. What has Romania ever done to deserve Trump supporters? On the other hand, they did deal rather summarily with their Stalinist president. But why should Romania have to do the dirty work?

I would have offered to just give you some money for no particular reason at all, but then I decided that you should pay for my garden fence, so I just subtracted the cost of the fence from the amount of money I was willing to give away. The result was zero, so I never bothered to tell you.

Hypothetical President Trump will simply take the money out of the foreign aid the USA has promised to Mexico. Thus, Mexico pays for it, and they can’t stop it from happening, either.

And I think there are big parts of the military that ought to be renationalized.
