I’d argue the two are intertwined. Fascism thrives in societies where bullying is not only tolerated, but encouraged.

Does anyone know whether the neo nazis are actually about a hipper flavor of fascism; or whether enforcement of the boring rules is suspended until power is consolidated?
Because I’m getting a very strong “clearly hasn’t gotten the memo on ‘Kinder, Küche, Kirche’” impression from that one.
