According to The Fine Article, Missouri’s chief disciplinary counsel, Alan Pratzel, asked the state supreme court to indefinitely suspend the licenses of the two personal injury lawyers. He says the couple exhibited “moral turpitude” as evinced by their guilty pleas, justifying disciplinary action.
Unfortunately for Missouri, even if they’re disbarred, this won’t be the last time you hear from these Nazis. The clear and present danger is trying to get on next year’s Senate ballot as the Republican nominee, and is using images of the confrontation in his campaign ads.
